Shipping
Orders placed through WNE Shopping Websites ship within 1 business day. The moment your shipping label is printed, you will receive a second email that will contain a tracking number and a link that will enable you to view the routing of your package and a delivery date. Packages are delivered by UPS and arrive within 1 to 5 business days.
Warranties & Returns
If a product is damaged or malfunctioning when delivered, please call customer service at 800.960.2015 for return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, then return it to WNE for immediate replacement. If a product malfunctions at a later date, call WNE Warrenty Assistance at 800.960.2015. If you simply need to return an item, please call 800.960.2015 for return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A restocking fee may apply. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Beware...A total of three individuals are currently incarcerated as a result of purchasing, or attempting to purchase from one of World Net Enterprises, Inc's websites through fraudulent means in 2010. World Net Enterprises, Inc. takes on-line credit card fraud very seriously. World Net Enterprises, Inc. works with Federal Authorities to aggressively pursue and prosecute anyone attempting to purchase products using stolen credit card numbers. All orders are screened for fraud. If you are thinking of attempting to place an unauthorized order on this website, or one of our shopping websites, with someone else’s credit card, DON’T. You WILL be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
